Studio Policy

Cancellation Policy: LKSS has a 48 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled or rescheduled within 48 hours of the appointment time and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment fee.

In the case of illness or an emergency, please contact the studio as promptly as possible. At the discretion of the studio, rescheduling may be allowed with the initial cancellation fee waived.  Cancellation of the rescheduled appointment will result in the initial appointment being charged in full and future appointments may be denied.

 

Arrival: LKSS offers an intimate one-on-one atmosphere.  We kindly ask that you arrive no earlier than 10 minutes before your scheduled appointment time to ensure client privacy. Please arrive 5 to 10 minutes prior to your appointment for proper time to settle in.

 

Parking: Metered parking is available on the block, which accepts quarters or the Flowbird App.  If using the app, we recommend setting up an account prior to arriving for your appointment.  Non-metered parking is available within a block of the studio. Please note that while parking is often readily available in the immediate vicinity, Saturdays tend to be busy due to the Farmer's Market and other events, so please allow for extra time. 

 

Late arrivals: Please note that treatments will end at their scheduled time to avoid impacting other guest's appointments. Late arrivals will be charged the full service fee. Clients arriving later than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be considered "no-shows" and the appointment will be charged in full.
