LKSS has a 48 hour cancellation policy. Appointments cancelled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the scheduled appointment fee. Appointments cancelled within 6 hours and no-shows will be charged 100% of the scheduled appointment fee.
Please note that appointments will end at their scheduled time. Late arrivals will be charged the full service fee. Clients arriving later than 15 minutes after their scheduled appointment time will be considered "no-shows" and the appointment will be charged in full. We advise arriving at least 10 minutes prior to your appointment to allow for time to get comfortably situated. Thank you for your understanding.
